Effective September 2026 · DR technologies LLC, doing business as AbrTech
FisKut is a card game, not a data business. We collect the minimum needed to let you play with your friends — and nothing else. This page is the complete list.
What we collect
- Account — if you sign in with Apple, we store an anonymous account identifier and the display name you choose at the table. We never receive your password, and we don't require your email.
- Friends — your friend code and the list of friends you've added. Friends are added by code only; nobody can search for you by name.
- Gameplay — game results (wins and games played) for your friends-only leaderboard, and live game state while a table is running.
- Notifications — if you allow notifications, a device push token so a friend's invite can reach your lock screen. Declining notifications changes nothing else about the app.
What we don't do
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, no data sales, no sharing with anyone.
- No access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos — the app never asks.
- Playing as a guest against bots works fully offline, with no account and nothing collected at all.
Deleting your data
Me → Delete account in the app removes your account, friends, requests, push token, and game records from our servers immediately and permanently. Cosmetic preferences live only on your device.
Where your data lives
On servers operated by DR technologies LLC on Amazon Web Services in the United States, used solely to run the game. Live game data and expired invitations are removed automatically.
Children
FisKut is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects nothing beyond the list above from any player.
Changes
If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, the effective date above changes with it, and the app's update notes will say so in plain words.
