FisKut is a card game. These terms are short because there isn't much to say: play, be decent to the people at your table, and we'll keep the lights on.

Using the app

FisKut is free to download and free to play. You may use it for your own enjoyment. You may not take it apart, resell it, run it through another service, or use it to attack the servers other players depend on.

Everything you unlock or set up lives with your account. If you delete your account, it goes with it — see the privacy policy.

The rules of the table

Some of what you see in FisKut comes from other players: the name they chose and the face they picked. That's the whole surface — there is no chat, no voice and no photos with strangers.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Concretely, do not:

• choose a display name that is hateful, obscene, threatening, or impersonates someone else;
• harass, threaten or target another player, at a table or through a friend request;
• use FisKut to advertise, recruit, scam or solicit anyone;
• cheat, automate play, or interfere with other people's games.

Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

Every player at your table can be reported or blocked: press and hold their seat. Blocking is immediate and it is yours — a blocked player cannot reach you again. Reports come to us.

We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, and we can remove a name, suspend an account, or ban a device outright. Display names are also filtered automatically before anyone sees them. If you report someone, you don't need to do anything else; if you'd rather write to a person, info@abrtech.io reaches one.

We can end access for anyone who breaks these rules. We'd rather not, and mostly we don't have to.

Playing with strangers

"Play the world" seats you with people you don't know. They see your display name and your chosen face — nothing else, ever. If you'd rather only play with people you know, use a friend code and skip world play entirely; every game works that way too.

Purchases

This version sells nothing. If that ever changes, purchases go through Apple, Apple's refund policy applies, and anything you buy stays yours on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Ads

A short ad plays between games. What the ad network receives is listed in the privacy policy, and you can decline personalised ads without losing anything but the relevance of the ads.

The boring part

FisKut is provided as it is. We work hard to keep the tables up, but we can't promise the servers will never go down, that a game will never drop, or that the app will suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, DR technologies LLC is not liable for losses arising from using the app. Nothing here takes away rights your local consumer law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the effective date above changes with it, and the app's update notes will say so in plain words.
